Join your friends and neighbors on to kick off the holiday season with some food and fun.  
Let’s welcome our part-time residents back home in style! 

When: November 9th from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Where: The Cul-de-Sac in front of 8140 East Sands Drive

Sodas, water, beer, and wine will be provided – if you are picky, bring your own – we will have coolers. Food is potluck so last name starting with A-M bring appetizers and last name starting N-Z bring deserts (feel free to trade with someone if you have a favorite recipe).  We have warming trays, bowls, and platters if needed. We have table and chairs and some kid-friendly games so just bring yourself and your family.

Garbage Can Storage Reminder

Residents,

A community reminder to please follow our governing guidelines and recommendations on Garbage Can Storage…

Per Section 1.13.2 of the CC&Rs: ”all Trash Collection cans are to be placed on your property on non-collection days so they are not visible from the roadway”. 

 It is advisable to either place the containers behind your fence/block wall, in the garage or to build an enclosure that hides them from public view, not visible from either direction of the roadway.

Dear Members of the Pinnacle Peak Estates Unit Two Homeowners’ Association: 

It has come to the Association’s attention that there is confusion regarding the composition of the current Board of Directors. 

The Board Meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2019 will be immediately adjourned to a closed, Executive Session pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-1804(A)(1) for legal advice from the Association’s attorney on the issue. No other Association business will take place on Thursday, August 22, 2019. 

Another meeting will be organized as soon as possible and you will receive proper notice of the same.
