Dear Residents,
The time is finally here. Work has started on our entry gate, The main underground electrical feed has been located and the demolition of the old equipment has begun. We anticipate the entire construction process to take between 4 - 6 weeks. Please be aware, there will be times during the construction activities that exiting and entry to our sub-division will be limited to one lane only. Cones will be placed in a manner to direct the flow of traffic, extreme caution must be exercised during these times to prevent accidents. We would also like to remind all residents to greatly reduce your speed while moving through the gate area, as workers will be walking back and forth between the gates to perform their various tasks. Please bear with us during these disruptions as they are necessary to bring this project to a timely conclusion.
The gate committee will be sending out an E-mail next week to all lot owners to determine the status of all gate clickers that have been identified with each individual lot. This information is critical to the programming of the new gate equipment. It will not only help in making the transition as smooth as possible, it will help us purge the data base of old codes that are no longer being used. It should also reduce the access to our neighborhood from workers or vendors who have codes that have been issued in the past by former lot owners. We cannot stress enough the importance of your response to this E-mail, it is critical to the performance of the new gate system. The E-mail will clearly spell out how to identify the code associated with your clicker devices.
